You don’t need an employee yet.

3. Could someone succeed without reading my mind?

This is the big one.

If the job requires someone to understand:

  • your preferences

  • your creative style

  • your strategy

  • your decision making

without documentation…

You’re not hiring a team member.

You’re hiring a mind reader.

And those are rare.
